Designed by David Anderson of Five March and @home_sweet_spirits for Jump/Ship brewing. This balances the pine, peach and citrus from the award-winning Jackstaff IPA with bursts of grapefruit, passion fruit and zingy Fresh Citrus.

A bold, earthy twist on the classic Margarita — the Dandy Smoke adds backbone and savoury depth to the tequila, rounding out the citrus with dry warmth. Less aggressive than mezcal, but still full of attitude.

Tart, dry and floral — the Pure Hibiscus brings structure and astringency to balance the citrus, while gin gives it cut and lift. Less syrupy than the original Bramble, more aromatic, and still refreshingly bold.

Fresh, fiery and tropical. Blazing Pineapple brings chilli warmth and a sharper edge to the soft sweetness of pineapple syrup, while the rum and lime keep it lean and classic. A daiquiri for people who like a bit of bite.

Sweet, smoky orchard flavours up front – think baked apples, grilled pear, a little charred stone fruit – all wrapped in a gentle, warm haze of smoke. Underneath it sits a soft almond backbone, giving the whole thing a rounded, nutty depth. Rich, comforting, and just a touch indulgent, like a fireside dessert in a glass.

Bitter-sweet and beautifully balanced. Bright, refreshing grapefruit hits first, clean and zesty, before giving way to a deeper layer of bitter-sweet florals. It unfolds slowly – sharp citrus softening into fragrant, petal-like depth – leaving a crisp, moreish finish that keeps you coming back.

Dry, floral, and refreshing — Pure Hibiscus adds a tannic berry bite to the soft fruit of rosé, lifted by bubbles and fizz. A spritz with real structure and zero fluff.
