Ingredients
- 25ml (2.5 parts) Monkey Shoulder Whisky
- 35ml (3.5 parts) CROSSIP Blazing Pineapple
- Fresh coriander
- Top with Double Dutch Watermelon & Cucumber Soda
Method
Add Monkey Shoulder, CROSSIP Blazing Pineapple, and a small handful of fresh coriander to a shaker. Shake hard with ice, then fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Double Dutch Watermelon & Cucumber Soda and give a gentle stir to lift. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple
