Ingredients:

  • 25ml CROSSIP Dandy Smoke (2.5 parts)
  • 30ml Strong masala chai (3 parts)
  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice (2 parts)
  • 15ml Honey (1.5 parts)
  • 20ml Aquafaba (2 parts)

Method:

Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg, single star anise on foam
