Ingredients:
- 25ml CROSSIP Blazing Pineapple (2.5 parts)
- 40ml Mango purée (4 parts)
- 2–3 Fresh curry leaves (muddled)
- 100ml Alcohol-free sparkling wine (10 parts)
- 40ml Soda water (4 parts)
Method:
Lightly muddle fresh curry leaves with CROSSIP and mango purée in a shaker. Add ice, shake briefly, and strain into stemmed wine glass over cubed ice. Top with sparkling wine and soda, stir gently. Garnish with a curry leaf.
