25ml (2.5 parts) CROSSIP Dandy Smoke
10ml (1 part) Giffard Alcohol-Free Pineapple Liqueur
30ml (3 parts) Apple Juice
120ml (2 parts) Ginger Beer
3–4 Fresh Basil Leaves
METHOD
BUILD... Lightly muddle basil in a highball glass. Add CROSSIP Dandy, pineapple liqueur, and apple juice. Fill with ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with fresh basil.
