25ml (2.5 parts) CROSSIP Fresh Citrus
20ml (2 parts) Lemon Juice
10ml (1 part) Elderflower Cordial
5ml (0.5 parts) Sugar Syrup
Top with non alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling tea, we suggest Real Royal Flush Sparkling Tea

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Fill shaker with Ice. Shake and strain into a fancy glass and top with non alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling tea.
