Ingredients:
- 25ml CROSSIP Fresh Citrus (2.5 parts)
- 15ml Gin (1.5 parts)
- 100ml Cold-brew green tea (green tea brewed directly in coconut water) (10 parts)
- 60ml Soda water (6 parts)
Method:
Prepare the cold brew by steeping 1 green tea bag in 200ml coconut water for 4–6 hours in the fridge. Build CROSSIP, gin, and cold-brewed coconut green tea in a highball glass over cubed ice. Top with soda and stir gently.
