
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml (5 parts) CROSSIP Pure Hibiscus
- 20ml (4 parts) Lemon Juice
- 15ml (3 parts) Oggs Aquafaba
- Top with soda water
METHOD
SHAKE... Dry shake the CROSSIP, lemon juice, and aquafaba to emulsify. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with 4 raspberries.
