
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml (5 parts) CROSSIP Pure Hibiscus
- 20ml (4 parts) Lemon Juice
- 5ml (1 part) Honey
- 20ml (4 parts) Aquafaba or Egg White
- 2 chopped strawberries
- Top with soda water
METHOD
SHAKE.. Muddle the strawberries and Honey in a shaker. Add CROSSIP, lemon juice and aquafaba. Dry shake to emulsify, then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with a strawberry.
