
INGREDIENTS
- 20ml (2 parts) CROSSIP Blazing Pineapple
- 15ml (1.5 parts) Agricole Rum (~40% ABV)
- 15ml (1.5 parts) Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml (1.5 parts) Pineapple Juice
- 10ml (1 part) Crème de Pêche (~18% ABV)
- 10ml (1 part) Honey Syrup
- 8–12 Large Mint Leaves
METHOD
BUILD & CHURN… Lightly muddle mint and syrups in the base of the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients and churn with 1/2 glass of crushed ice. Top with more ice and garnish.
