INGREDIENTS
- 30ml (3 parts) CROSSIP Pure Hibiscus
- 20ml (2 parts) Raspberry Purée
- 20ml (2 parts) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml (1 part) Elderflower Cordial
- 20ml (2 part) Egg White or alternative
- 10ml (1 part) Simple Syrup
METHOD
SHAKE... Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify, then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
