
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml (2.5 parts) CROSSIP Fresh Citrus
- 20ml (2 parts) Fresh Lime Juice
- 20ml (2 part) Sugarcane Syrup (or raw sugar syrup like panela)
- ½ lime, cut into chunks
- 1 dash Celery Bitters
- 1 dash Cardamom Bitters
- Crushed ice
METHOD
BUILD & CHURN... Muddle the lime chunks with the sugarcane syrup in a rocks glass. Add CROSSIP, lime juice, and bitters. Fill the glass with crushed ice, churn briefly, and top with more ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
