INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml (2.5 parts) CROSSIP Rich Berry
  • 10ml (1 part) Calvados (~40% ABV)
  • 20ml (2 parts) Lemon Juice
  • 15ml (1.5 parts) Apple Juice
  • 10ml (1 part) Almond Syrup
  • 20ml (2 parts) Egg White / Aquafaba

METHOD

SHAKE... Add all ingredients to a shaker with NO ICE and shake. Fill shaker with ice, shake again and fine strain into a chilled fancy glass.
