INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml (2.5 part) CROSSIP Dandy Smoke
  • 50ml (5 parts) Strong Black Tea (Assam or similar)
  • 10ml (1 part) Date Syrup
  • 2 dashes Walnut Bitters
  • Garnish with an expressed orange peel or a thin slice of dried date

METHOD

STIR... all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an expressed orange peel or a delicate dried date sliver.
