INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml (5 parts) CROSSIP Dandy Smoke
  • 40ml (8 parts) Apple Juice
  • 15ml (3 parts) Lemon Juice
  • 10ml (2 parts) Honey
  • 20ml (4 parts) Aquafaba or Egg White

METHOD

SHAKE... Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify the aquafaba, then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish wih apple slices.
