You will be integral to creating the CROSSIP liquid. You will be directly involved in: Producing & blending the liquids. You will be responsible for upholding our SALSA standard production facility. You will be managing a high level of cleanliness & organization. Managing logistics & stock holding will be a day to day part of your role. You will be educated in the drinks industry, Food safety & Manufacturing. You will be based daily at the ‘Steep’ in Bishops Stortford & from time to time you will be required to attend events.

As CROSSIP grows as a business, Brand Awareness is everything. With only one or two non-alcoholic spirit brands gaining any mainstream unprompted awareness, there is a unique opportunity for CROSSIP to become a household name within the non-alcoholic spirits space. As the industry as a whole builds momentum, it’s paramount that CROSSIP is the first brand a potential consumer thinks of.

Generating this awareness comes in many forms, from Digital Advertising and Press Relations, to Bar Presence and Organic Communications. A key piece of the Brand Awareness puzzle will be our Events Strategy. This is one of the few avenues where we can get our non-alcoholic spirits into the consumer and trade’s hands, where we know the first taste will often seal the deal.

At CROSSIP, we are looking for an experienced Events Executive who can pinpoint both B2C and B2B Events that we should target as a company, manage our strategic events calendar to maximise exposure and co-ordinate these events on the ground. The entire CROSSIP team will contribute during these Events themselves, whether that’s stand setup, product sampling, pitching to customers etc. But we are looking for the key person who will take ownership of coordinating each event and take the lead in instructing the team wherever they are required to contribute.

There are several goals when it comes to these in-person events. One in particular is content creation for all of our organic communication channels. This allows us to maximise the opportunity at each event, promoting the brand before and after via static and video content. As such, we are looking for someone who is experienced in creating assets for social media, email comms etc.

This role would extend beyond events, to work with our Founder to create new video and static content at our HQ in Hertfordshire.

As a young business, you will have the opportunity to spread your wings across all facets of the business, working closely with the Head of Marketing to help build CROSSIP into that Non-Alcoholic spirits household name.


The Successful applicant will possess the following attributes;

  • Proven Events Management Experience in the Drinks Brands Industry
  • Content Creation Experience, ideally with personal Social Media accounts featuring polished imagery and video content
  • Willingness to travel regularly, particularly into London and the south of the UK
  • Drivers License
  • IT Skills, particularly Excel/Google Sheets


Additional experience that would be useful but not essential;

  • Proven Budget Management Experience
  • Bartending Skills (especially with Cocktails)




Your purpose, but also ours, as a prominent business in leading non-alcoholic beverages, is to grow the footprint of CROSSIP in London and surrounding areas, initially selling into On-Trade, but also seeking retail opportunities.

You’ll grow our CROSSIP footprint through the acquisition of new accounts whilst maintaining our existing customer base. You’ll work closely on our ever-evolving product range, taking total ownership for all indirect route-to-markets within your territory, ensuring optimal availability for CROSSIP.

A real passion for influencing in different environments is key, as you’ll really sell the benefits of offering choice to consumers in new & existing On-Trade accounts.

As an influential salesperson you’ll be our go-to for building partnership relationships within key trend setting and influential accounts. You’ll possess plenty of self-drive, work well in a team and can demonstrate solid brand and commercial selling skills in all environments, including Wholesale
